Extra-ordinary: Off to Arizona

Finally it was Friday, the first day of our week of spring break and the end to the refrigerator count down. after the performance on Thursday we all went home and packed that night, our flight left at 10:45 the next morning. it had started to get cold in Gardiner and jardine, so we were excited to be warm. the whole night we didn't feel like sleeping at all and didn't get very much sleep, we were up late packing and way to excited for our trip. we got up around 6:00 and were ready to go, we said goodbye to all our animals and threw our bags in the car. we got to the air port went through security and ran into the Perius's and Mrs. Broadhead, all of which were on the same plane as us, and formed a Gardiner group at the gait. finally we boarded the plane and found fairly good seats and also the seats right next to the engine, Justin, Libby and i all sat next to each other and my mom and dad sat right behind us. It was a good flight without any layovers, it was boring most the way but it got really interesting to look out the windows when we got to Arizona, we saw the Grand canyon and the Meteor Crater from the plane! we landed right in Mesa and were shocked at the temperature difference between Bozeman and Mesa . by now it was only lunch time so we drove to our grandparents house in our rental car to eat and hang out with them for a while. Grandma made roast beef and mashed potatoes and gravy, we're really lucky not very many people who live in Arizona eat it. we were dying of heat so we got on our swimming suits and went to the pool for a while, when we got there we really noticed how pale we were. after that Joy came, we were sooo excited to see Joy it had been a long time since the last time we saw her. we all sat around in the screened in porch before we went over to red lobster, that was the first thing my mom wanted to do i Phoenix. Grandpa, Justin, Joy, Libby and i all rode in the huge anchent blue van and grandma rode with my parents in our rental car. red lobster was busy so we had to wait outside for a while, during which the Justin dares begun and Justin told Joy that she should go out and jump out from behind bushes and scare people, we then told Justin he could and he did but thankfully no people walked bye:). after that when we were riding back home in the van Grandpa turned on some 60s music and justin asked if that was the music grandpa listened to when he was a kid, then he asked if that was the music that came with the car and grandpa said yes:) so now if you want new music you have to get a new car that comes with new music.
